Question (Critical Thinking) For All the Troubles in the World

1) Why do you think the author wrote the text? I think that the author wrote the text to show what could happen if a computer or machine could have that much power.

2) What does the author want you to think? I think that the author wants you to think about if that could actually happen in a real-life event maybe in the future somewhere.

3) Do you belong to any of the groups in the text? I do not belong to any groups in the text, but I think someday when I am a lot older I might belong to one of the groups in the text.

4) Does the story remind you of a real life event? (your own or others) The story reminds me of discussions in school, because we always have discussions about if we think that the internet is going to rule our society.

5) Does the story remind you of  another book or movie on a similar topic? This story reminds me of the movie Wall-E it is about robots who eventually get controlled.

6) How does the story help you think about social issues or social justice? The social issue in this story is that the computer is doing a persons job and the computer which is the biggest computer in the would wants to die.

7) What action might you take from what you have learned? The action i have learned is that computers are not meant to run the world.

8) What big question has this text left you with? Will our society ever get to the point where a computer will be like mutivac in the story.
